On the occasion, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi invited the opposition to hold talks to formulate a comprehensive action plan on the Kashmir issue. A just solution to the Kashmir issue should be the top priority of the international community for world peace. It is a matter of concern why the resolution passed by its Security Council has not been implemented even after seven decades. Isn't this a negation of the objectives of the establishment of this institution?
