Rome: Italy has announced a nationwide lockdown on Christmas and New Year's Eve to curb the dangerous spread of the corona virus. According to the international news agency, Italy has announced a severe lockdown across the country during the Christmas and New Year holidays. The decision was made to prevent the possible spread of Corona due to the gatherings taking place these days. During the lockdown, the country has been declared a red zone and sanctions have been imposed on the same occasion.
