In this way the severity of negative psychological conditions can be reduced. The report, published in the journal E-Life on December 22, said that women were particularly affected by the global corona virus epidemic and lock-down. In this difficult situation, it is important for human beings to change their mindset in order to avoid diseases, stress and negative situations. Psychologists at the University of California, Berkeley tested more than 300 adults who were suffering from severe stress and depression. All participants were asked to make possible decisions in which they could make more than one decision. This test is called 'probabilistic decision making' in which people can test the current problem using the negative or positive results of their past decisions without being aware of it. Although all participants were suffering from depression, anxiety and stress, there were two groups. Some people were really disappointed while others were determined and enthusiastic despite the situation. The first group of people were unable to take interest in solving problems in front of the computer. The second type of people changed themselves according to the challenge given to the computer and gave better results. The best performing group of them passed the test in such a way that they remembered their good deeds, achievements and their good deeds during the work. It shows that if you remember your achievements and progress in difficult times, it has positive results.
